Our Experience and Capacity

 

Founder and owner Geoff Greenfield has been designing and installing renewable energy systems since 1997.  After working in the field independently and as a subcontractor, Geoff formed the Limited Liability Company (LLC) Third Sun Solar & Wind Power Ltd. in 2000. Today we have the management and technical capacity to direct multiple concurrent projects with a high level of confidence, service and performance.

 

Our experienced management team and modern information technology systems allow us to meet and exceed our customers' needs on a regular basis.  You can count on a Third Sun project to run smoothly as we combine our financial and management experience, our multiple installation crews, our network of subcontractors and professional services partners, with our established internal systems to deliver results that consistently exceed expectations. 

 

We are proud of our internal "back office" capacity that includes full time engineers, financial and clerical personnel all focused on customer value and responsiveness.  This experience and capacity serve our customers in many ways, whether in the form of accurate and timely submittals, full compliance prevailing wage reporting, risk management, safety programs and compliance documentation or just answering the phone with a human voice  rather than a machine.

 

Over the years we have developed ongoing partnerships with a variety of customers.  We have found that each customer sector we serve has different needs and expectations regarding a renewable energy firm.  Responding to this we have grown based on a commitment to understanding, identifying and then exceeding each customer's specific requirements.
