At Third Sun we have a customer-centered approach and treat each client and project as an opportunity to deliver an individualized solution.  We have a "listen first" philosophy, and seek to understand and clarify our client's desired outcomes at the beginning of any project.  We inform decision makers of their realistic options and the implications of their decisions, and make recommendations based on the client's goals and our experience and knowledge.

 

Our goal is to build a mutually beneficial and long term relationship with our clients and project partners.  Our repeat business and strong referral network are testimony that honesty and conservative assumptions are more important than "overly enthusiastic" estimates, claims and assurances.  We would rather under-promise and over-deliver, and to do so we use our experience base of historic project data and actual costs to inform both our energy performance projections and our cost and timeline proposals.

At Third Sun, we approach each project with a solution driven design approach, drawing on our experience and industry knowledge to arrive at a project design optimized for each application.  While we are not limited to an exclusive brand or vendor and have access to the full variety of products available in the marketplace, we do have strict selection criteria emphasizing performance, consistency and reliability that helps narrow the wide range of choices.  In this emerging industry it is important to use top quality components supplied by stable reputable manufacturers.

 

We are proud to have access to the top technology, and have earned the elite status of SunPower Premier Dealer.  This relationship with SunPower, the manufacturer of the industry's highest performance solar cell, gives us access to their range of advanced product offerings, including the T-0, T-5 and T-10 commercial systems.  Pairing the efficiency and performance of their solar cells with the "whole systems" design of their racking and installation technology reduces installation labor and allows us to deliver more power from less space for the same cost.
