Geoff Greenfield
Third Sun Founder and Owner Geoff Greenfield currently serves as President. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Miami University and a Masters in International Development with a focus on project administration from Ohio University. Geoff was a member of the inaugural NABCEP certification in 2003 and successfully renewed his credentials in 2006. Before entering the renewable energy sector, Geoff's background included 4 years of affordable housing development, non-profit management and business administration. He has worked extensively in the construction industry and has served in the U.S. Peace Corps building water systems in Central Africa.

Michelle Greenfield,
Owner Michelle Greenfield currently serves as the CEO of Third Sun. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Miami University and a Masters in International Economic Development with a focus on small business from Ohio University. Before joining Third Sun, she worked from 1994 until 2001 in the field of small business development and finance, as well as non profit development.

Kent Phillips
Kent Phillips serves as Operations Manager of Third Sun. He has a variety of technical and industry degrees training and certificates too numerous to list. He has an extensive 40 plus year career in project and personnel management including positions of responsibility in the telecommunications industry (AG Communications and Verizon) as well as extensive administrative positions with various foreign missions of the United Nations. His extensive background in project management, critical back up power, electronics and systems design add to Third Sun's technical as well as administrative capacity.

Randy Hatch
Randy Hatch serves as Head Project Engineer for Third Sun. Randy holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University. He has become a renewable energy technical expert through hands-on installation work along with manufactures' training programs. He has experience in general construction and served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Madagascar working on water quality projects and environmental issues.

John Fanselow
John Fanselow serves as Project Developer for Third Sun's Cincinnati Office. John has a Bachelor's in Physics from the College of Wooster and a Masters of Science in Materials Science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. John has a varied career including renewable energy promotion and advocacy, commercial aviation (pilot and instructor), and materials science research. He has extensive travel and cross cultural experience, and has served in the U.S. Peace Corps teaching physics and math in Cameroon, West Africa.

Tim Dunning
Tim Dunning serves as Project Developer for Third Sun's Columbus Office. Tim has a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the Ohio Institute of Technology. He has a 30 year career in the communications industry, primarily with Lucent/AT&T. He has extensive experience in renewable energy and has worked for Third Sun since 2002.
